Job Requirements
Must have experience in Hunter's & Jumpers, both riding and teaching. Position is for assistant trainer & instructor with barn management responsibilities. This is not a showing position at this time, but could grow into that for the right person.

Do you want to work, be dedicated to this lifestyle, be supported and continue to grow? Are you hard working, can take constructive criticism and have fun? Do you understand this not a 9-5 type job? Sometimes it’s a 9-7 and sometimes it’s a 9-2. Do you want to be part of a successful team that wants you to be successful also? If so, read on!

You would: assist in daily barn duties, schooling horses, teaching lessons to beginners - advanced, barn management, anything the team needs really. You must have a positive & outgoing personality with a love of teaching children of all ages & adults. We work as a team, so being a team player is also a must.

Like to ride pretty ponies? Must be brave & soft in your riding. The right person will be looking to continue learning & growing as a professional as well as have a strong desire to stay with us long term & become a fixture at the barn. We are not looking for someone that likes to move around. Please do not apply if you do not have prior experience in the hunter/jumper/equitation world, and do not have experience teaching up to 3' minimum . We are looking for someone with prior experience, but is still wanting to learn & grow.

Please fwd any video, pictures, resume. We would like to have you come to Vegas to do a "working interview" ASAP so that we can see you teach & ride, as well as get to know you. We want the right candidate to feel at home here as we truly operate as a team and family. References & resume required.
