Job Description
Do you take pride in keeping performance horses in your care training their best, feeling healthy and looking their best?

Private dressage training barn is looking for awesome horse help to keep our 4 horses happy, healthy and beautiful.

This job requires your skill, care and attention to detail. Includes daily horse care (feeding, grooming, turn out, wrapping, clipping, supplements, braiding, stall cleaning, watering, tacking up, holding for farrier).

Requires performing wound/health care when needed, and being attentive to the horses' health and well-being (noticing colic or anything out of the ordinary for each horse's habits).

Requires keeping the barn running smoothly with tack cleaning, and keeping arena in top training shape by arena grading with atv and tractor.

Includes occasional hauling for vet and shows. Must be confident loading/unloading and experience with driving truck and trailer. Natural horsemanship experience a plus.

You must have a good head on your shoulders (good judgement), be trustworthy, fit and reliable.

Environment is quiet, positive and beautiful. Hours are 5 days a week from 5:30am to 12:30 lunch feeding, leaving your afternoons free to have a life and do what you want.
