MacNair's Country Acres in Raleigh, N.C. is looking for a full time Barn Manager. The qualified candidate will be able to manage the barn staff of 7 to 10 employees, supervise the feeding, turn out and in of horses, stall cleaning, herd care, and any other activities of the daily routines of managing a horse stable. The qualified candidate will be a working farm manager and be required to work with the barn staff. This is not an instructor or trainers position.
Experience managing a horse farm, able to drive a tractor, experience with the care of show horses is a plus, management of farrier and veterinary care
$30,000/year, housing possible and can be discussed
