Existing horse boarding facility with approximately 80 clients.
Will ultimately be responsibility for daily feeding, cleanup and turnouts and interaction with clients. Will manage 2 other full time and 1-2 part time employees. Will eventually take over managing billing system, and must be willing to help manage other revenue producing components of farm, including livestock and other agricultural production. Operation is located on a beautiful property with river, mountain views and only 15 min from prosperous Boulder Colorado.
Must have 3 plus years of working with horses and managing others, and be willing to live on the property.
Expedited salary range is 25-35k and will be commensurate with experience level.
A three bedroom home is located on the property and may be included in the compensation package.
