About The Facility
This world-class, expansive staple of the California H/J Circuits is home to one of the top Show Jumpers in the US currently. With multiple farms across California, and a significant traveling show team, this facility is the textbook definition of exciting, high class sport. The home facility is exceptionally manicured, well staffed, and full of some of the best equine talent in the nation. This is an equestrian facility run as a true business, and offers life-changing opportunities to those who join the team.
Job Description
Looking for an experienced, outgoing, and responsible individual to manage this world-class Show Jumping travel team! This person should be well versed in competition at the highest levels of the H/J industry, and should have a passion for running a tight organizational ship. This position's two key aspects are: the management, training, support, and morale boosting of this team's incredibly hard working grooms & support staff, along with the maintenance of all office work related to the show team. You will be working in close concert with the Barn Manager, and will effectively be seen as the one who "keeps the wheels on the bus", similar to a Chef D'Equipe for our Nation's teams. Ideally this person will also be able to keep the riders organized with their horse/class list, and be able to manage the travel logistics as well. This person will work closely with the Controller to manage the payroll of staff, travel expenses, and travel allowance for staff on the road. This is, by no means, a small position, but it is an extremely rewarding opportunity to travel the world with an incredible group of top level horses & equestrians.

This *is* a traveling position, that has the ability to take you all over the world! Applicants for this position MUST love to travel, and be highly organized and efficient in their travel, as an anticipated 36-40 weeks out of the year will be away from home.

- Oversee the records software to ensure it is UTD for each horse for vaccines, medications, supplements, etc - Grooms, vets, and team members will be regularly updating records
