Chatham Hall's equestrian facility encompasses a 350+ acre campus with 2 barns with 40 stalls, 2 outdoor arenas, a large indoor arena, and a hunter trial field.
We are seeking a barn fellow to assist in the everyday operations of our facility. The barn fellow will ideally be a recent college graduate or young professional seeking to gain experience in all aspects of the equestrian boarding business. The Fellow would work side by side with the Chatham Hall staff to gain experience in coaching, training, lesson planning, show management, barn management, recruitment, fundraising, and social media outreach. https://www.chathamhall.org/careers
Associates or Bachelors degree in related field, experience working with horses (preferably show experience), Good Communication Skills, Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage workload, ability to lift 50+lbs.
