About The Facility
A 50 acre cross country course designed and developed by USEA eventer Cathy Weischhoff, multiple 150x250 riding arenas appropriate for dressage and jumping, and a developing herd of event horses await you at Panther Creek!

Job Description
Provide leadership and direction to our start-up Eventing program and public horse show offerings. The successful candidate will possess a proven USEA record and have experience training and exercising a variety of horses. The individual must have an understanding of coaching students at most levels in dressage, showjumping/stadium and cross country. This position will require regional travel to Events, as well as regular Schooling trips in the area. The individual will also provide support for our growing public horse show calendar. All Panther Creek staff are required to display a high level of integrity, thoughtfulness, integrity and stewardship.
Job Requirements
Proven record at USEA Events
Proven experience in sport horse training, riding and exercising
Proven experience in hauling/shipping multiple horses and managing outside schooling and showing trips with students
Exposure to or experience in coaching developing riders of many levels
Intermediate knowledge of horse health and care, specific to Eventing horses
Experience in or desire to market and grow an Equestrian lesson and horse show program
Experience in or desire to learn to organize horse shows of multiple types (CT, horse trial, dressage, schooling)
Experience working with youth ages 6-18
