About The Facility
Located in Wellington, FL - this program is just getting started and is well poised for future success! With 18 stalls available, this H/J training and sales program is located year round in Wellington. Horses range from young imports to OTTB resale projects, and they are growing an exciting lesson program under the head trainer, who has experience both in the US and in Europe as a rider and trainer.
Job Description
Did someone say showing opportunities? This position is for someone who really enjoys producing the young horses, and wants to be able to show horses other than their own. You can expect to ride between 3-5 horses per day, or perhaps more for the right individual. Light barn chores are expected, and hours are quite reasonable with this program. A typical work week is 5.5 days, with hours generally running from 8:30am-4pm, when time is managed effectively and when not showing. The winters are focused on producing and selling the ready-to-go horses in the program, while summers allow the opportunity for rescues and projects who need a bit more careful attention. While someone already experienced working with young horses is preferred, this program is willing to train a motivated individual.

This position can be structured as an internship/apprenticeship if needed to maintain amateur status for interested candidates!
