About The Facility
We have twenty one acres of pasture space (safe electric fencing) and trails that are connected to a state park. We have thirty five stalls, fourteen horses on property, and indoor and outdoor arena and round pen. We have a full-time caretaker for the farm who tends to the daily care of the horses.
Job Description
This is the perfect position for an ambitious young professional who wants to gain experience in a booming lesson program. Our assistant trainer will coach private and group lessons to beginner and intermediate riders for 15-40 hours a week, depending on the time of year and availability of the candidate. The applicant must be outgoing, communicate well with others, and enjoy teaching children to ride at all levels. We are team-oriented with a positive and supportive work environment and competitive pay. A positive outlook and ability to energize those around you is a must! Initiate, problem solve, and take responsibility!

There is tons of potential for growth for the right candidate to build a sales program, develop our Pony Club curriculum, design camps and special events, etc. We are looking for a long-term, invested member of our team!

Description of Housing Provided
We are currently building an apartment on site that will be ready for move in by the late fall. Temporary housing can be arranged for the ideal candidate. Otherwise, we can help to find local apartments.
