About The Facility
Queens Margaret’s School is a thriving independent school for over 480 students from Preschool to Grade 12 with boarding, we are currently seeking a Director of Equestrian.

The School is located on a single campus-style site of 29 country-like acres in the Cowichan Valley on beautiful Vancouver Island. Our Equestrian Centre has been an important part of the school since 1934. We are very proud of our history and what we have accomplished so far and it is a very exiting time to join us as we take the School into its second century.

The role of Director of Equestrian is a challenging but rewarding one – this is an opportunity to take the long history of our Equestrian program forward into the next chapter within a community that puts equestrian at the heart of the school and learning for all pupils as well as continuing our Team QMS competitive success and profile.
Job Description
Providing visionary leadership and strategic direction, the Director of Equestrian is responsible for developing our resources, enhancing our programming, managing our finances, and raising our profile, While inspiring the internal mechanisms that drive strong operations and programming, this role will be externally focused and keenly involved in the following areas: marketing, admissions, advancement, leadership, and recruitment.
