Job Description
As a Team Lead (Key Holder), you are the face of the brand - always representing the Company with an exemplary attitude and strong commitment to established service standards. You are responsible for achieving personal sales goals that contribute to the overall store plan, displaying leadership on the sales floor, as well as properly merchandising, opening and closing the store.
Job Requirements
1 to 2 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a soft goods apparel environment
· Equestrian/riding experience a plus – Western or English
· High School graduate or equivalent
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Excellent customer service and sales skills
· Able to lead in a fast paced, team-oriented environment
· Knowledge of PC applications
· Experience with retail POS/inventory computer systems
· Maintain positive team morale
· Maintain composure and professionalism under pressure while meeting multiple and sometimes competing deadlines
