About The Facility
An established, team oriented equine facility in operation for over 50 years.
Job Description
Growing established equestrian facility looking for an experienced facility/barn manager to join our team. The manager will oversee a team of grooms and maintenance staff to ensure proper care of the hunter, jumper, and dressage horses onsite as well as the upkeep of the property. The ideal candidate would be a catalyst for creating and maintaining superior standards for our equine and human athletes.

The barn/facility manager will oversee the maintenance of the arena, feeding (with assistant manager), Incoming and outgoing boarders (equipment, orchestration, etc.), vet/farrier visits, horse care, ensure maintenance of show equipment, coordinate with management staff on show and employee schedule.
Job Requirements
Candidate should have show barn experience, have excellent client relation skills and the ability to multi-task and delegate work to employees.

Bilingual is a plus but not required

Some teaching experience preferred but not required

Must have knowledge of basic equine first aid, IM and IV injections.

Absolutely must be outgoing, love working with people as well as horses and have a team oriented focus.

Must have knowledge in the sport.
