About The Facility
Trinity River Farm and Equestrian Center is an English riding facility located centrally to Fort Worth and surrounding cities. In operation for 16 years, the facility offers riding lessons for all ages and levels of riders. We also provide special events for the general public, such as children's birthday parties, girl scout events, etc. On side horse shows and participation in off-site shows and schooling events. The facility is both for profit and non-profit.
Job Description
Individual would be responsible for teaching individual and group lessons, assisting with scheduling new students and coordinating events, assisting with barn management such as coordinating farrier, feed deliveries, etc. May assist with commission sale horses. If individual has experience with special need individuals, this would be an added benefit as we are in the process of developing this program.
Job Requirements
Experience with teaching English riding disciplines, and jumping up to 3'. Must have good teaching skills with the ability to communicate performance expectation in a positive manner, Ability to work with a wide range of rider levels. Excellent communication and people skills. Must be mature, reliable, responsible and able to get along with both parents and students as well as other facility staff. Patience with both people and horses.
Commission on sale horses. May have room for one individually owned horse.
