Barn worker/stall cleaner needed for a private 25+ horse boarding barn. Applicant must be able to work a minimum of 5 days a week, including weekend days, evenings and holidays as needed. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to horse handling, stall cleaning, barn maintenance, on-time arrival, and reliable transportation.
Physical requirements for this position are the ability to lift 75+ lbs and be on one's feet for 7+ hours a day. Applicant must also pass a background check and drug screening prior to first days work. We currently have a team of 4 and are looking to include a new member who possesses the capability to work on their own and get things done.
This position is year-round, and as such the ideal candidate will be comfortable working in all climates. It is also preferred one is Bilingual (Spanish/English) and has “jack-of-all-trades” experience.
Compensation is dependent upon experience. Presently, no health benefits accompany this position.
