Based in Venice, FL in the winter and NY in the summer.
High- end hunter/ jumper barn is looking for an experienced show groom. Some flat riding possible for the right candidate.
Total care of 4-7 hunter/ jumper horses.
Duties include:
Feeding, grooming, tacking, basic first aid, bandaging, clipping, night check, setup and tear down at shows.
Generally 7:30-3:30 and night check
Must have ridden or worked the A circuit HJ shows.
Attention to detail and proficient in horse care and tidiness.
*Experienced grooms only.
Generous salary and housing provided.
