About The Facility
Large Facility, total nearly 200 acres with at least 55 devoted to horses presently.5 run in sheds, with 11 stalls, expandable to 31,12 by 12s! Very large outdoor lighted show arena 170 by 55'. Round pen for training provided. Miles of wooded areas for trail rides and you can lead out clients for added fees.. Quality hunter/jumper lesson horses are provided for your use at the facility.
Job Description
Assume prior lesson instructors position, to include both adults and children ages 4-50's. with at least 10 people to begin your program. thus far we have has 3 Summer Day Camps and have an advanced camp scheduled. Take those interested people to local horse schooling shows+ with horse farm trailer and truck. Teach lessons as necessary to build business for yourself and owner.
Job Requirements
Have necessary (schooling) and prior horse skills and experiences at shows to beat the competition! Be a self starter, work cooperatively with owner to build and advance lesson and show programs, be able to work and train/retrain ponies/horses, to help bring in more money for yourself and owner! Other ideas and programs you may have to also increase your/our monetary wealth will be considered!
$20.00/hr single lesson, $25/hr for double lesson, $30.00/hr triple lesson+, $500.00 per week for cooperatively running weekly summer camps! At shows parents pay extra to instructor per child, plus trailer fees going to barn as your in charge! Added $$ for training or retraining boarders and others horses as necessary depending on your skill levels.
Possible take over of entire equine program on the farm, if your the person with quality attributes and one who likes to make a salary commiserate to your efforts. Can bring your horse with you for 7% off regular costs of boarding! Taking out trail rides for additional money!
Description of Housing Provided
Possibility of living quarters on farm will be provided for one,( no cats or dogs
allowed), all carpeted with tiled bath, if necessary, for monthly rental taken from your salary but below housing costs of nearby towns/cities.
