50-acre horse farm.
Care for three horses. Care includes bringing in, taking out, feeding, watering, daily grooming, keeping the barn clean, picking stalls, picking pastures, occasional errands to pick up materials, and cleaning stalls daily.
This is not a riding position.
Schedule may vary dependent on needs of the horses but you would have two days off per week.
-Must have basic horse knowledge, experience with grooming, and ability to recognize a sick horse.
-Must be neat and organized.
-Experience driving with a horse trailer is a plus.
-Smoking will not be tolerated, anywhere on the premises.
-Pets are welcome to stay at home but would not be allowed at the barn. NO HORSES.
-Must be willing to follow directions and learn procedure. Whatever habits you have from previous work experience may need to be unlearned.
-Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
-Must be tolerant of working hard in heat and humidity.
-Must have strong work ethic.
-Must be able to pass a background check.
-Must be able to pass a drug test.

-Private house on site. Very close walk to the barn. Includes two bedrooms, one bathroom. Not suitable for a large family. Fenced-in backyard with five-foot fence. Parking space available for only one car.
-Utilities included (In-unit washer and dryer, Electric, Water, Dumpster on site, Heating/AC, Internet, TV).
- House is semi-furnished with couch, one double-sized bed, one chest of drawers.
