About The Facility
A peaceful 65 acre farm, well maintained, with 35 stalls, covered ring, free horse exerciser, treadmill, TheraPlate, two equine solariums and 21 paddocks, Showcase Ltd is a successful show facility located outside of Atlanta, Georgia. Well known for outstanding horsemanship, importing top horses from Europe and producing competitive riders, Showcase Ltd is very well designed to keep horses relaxed and happy.
Job Description
We are seeking experienced and responsible grooms to travel to shows, meeting us fr a few weeks and then returning home -- good salary and comfortable housing during the horse show is provided.
This position will be available 2 weeks to 6 weeks at a time, perfect for one that doesn't want full time employment!

Duties at shows include:
feeding hay and grain
bathing horses
lungeing horses
tacking up horses for clients
tack cleaning
unbraiding horses
holding horses at the show ring for clients
properly putting horses away after competition
administering medication
general barn management keeping our barn aisle clean and organized
mucking stalls
Job Requirements
One must have knowledge regarding all aspects of grooming such as bandaging legs, proper care of tack and equipment, administering medications, and all aspects of good horse care.
Valid driver's license and valid social security number are required.
No riding, no teaching is required.
