About The Facility
Private Polo ranches located in Texas, Colorado and Florida.
Job Description
Job Objective: To assist the Polo/Ranch Manager and Assistant Polo Manager with tasks in preparation of polo games in Texas, Colorado and Florida.

Essential Job Responsibilities:
• Set up for polo games at all three locations, duties include tent chairs, field setup, drag dew, setup goal posts and paint lines
• Assist with prep work before family arrives
• Assist with routine cleaning duties before and after events on all properties
• Run errands when needed, i.e. supplies, food, parts, etc.
• Perform daily tractor duties such as maintaining exercise tracks and arenas
• Run manure spreader when needed
• Occasional barn help, for example, chores, stall cleaning and possibly some riding involved
• During off season assist farm crew with duties that could consist of lawn mowing, weed eating, etc.
• Helping with excess ranch work when needed
• Flexible with schedule
• Self-motivated when put in situations where working alone
• Being energetic enough to fulfill 15-hour work day in heat and humidity
• Ability to operate Gator-type vehicles while on property
• Ability to operate heavy equipment
• Driven to be a leader when necessary

Other Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee/manage special projects as necessary
• Work with polo/ranch manager and/or assistant polo manager as necessary on the scheduling of daily operations
• Clean DPS record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform strenuous outdoor activities
• Ability to work closely and collaborate with a wide variety of people, team player
• Must be flexible with schedule as job consists of several late night shifts and last minute changes

Must be flexible to work 10-12 hour days, 6 days per week. Some late night shifts during polo season.
