About The Facility
Gorgeous renovated 32 acre farm on Millionaires Row in Ocala, FL. Twenty stall barn, 10 acre cross country field, dressage arena, show jump arena, roundpen, hacking and trail riding.
Job Description
We are looking for a hard working, dedicated, full time person to join our team. This is a terrific job for someone who wants learn the business, groom at top shows, and improve their riding. We are a 20 stall barn on 32 acres that provides full time care and training for eventing and dressage horses. The top trainer is a 3*** Eventer and Prix St George / Silver Medal dressage competitor. The facility has been recently renovated and includes a ten acre cross country field, top notch dressage and showjump arenas and plenty of hacking and turnout. Our clients are super nice people and horses from around the US and Canada.

The position entails all normal barn duties (stalls, turnout, feeding), tacking and untacking, bathing, grooming and riding depending upon applicants ability and experience. The ideal candidate is over 18, reliable, cheerful (no attitude), neat and tidy, able to take direction and work with a team and to take initiative. Experience with horses is preferred and we will train as well.

We will provide you with a nice place to live on the farm, board for a horse, lessons, salary, and insurance through ERA of NA. We require that you live on the farm, work six days a week including weekends. You must be hardworking with days starting at 7:30am.
