Hermitage Driving Center is part of the historic Hermitage Thoroughbred Farm. Situated on 850 acres we host an FEI Combined Driving Event, Weddings, Parties as well as a Thoroughbred nursery. The Driving Center has a newly renovated private 10 stall barn with tackroom, turnout, wash bays and carriage house.
Looking for a self-motivated, team player to join our international show team! No driving experience required but show experience is preferred. Get the chance to work alongside 5 time World Championship Driver Jacob Arnold and 4 time National Champion Steve Wilson! Our team works with the top Trainers, Veterinarians, Physiotherapists, and Farriers in the World. This is a great opportunity for a hard-working individual to develop life long skills needed at the top level of competition in America and Europe!
Daily Activities Include: Stall Cleaning, Horse grooming and tacking, Turnout, Bathing, Feeding and Show preparations

Horse skills must include: handling, grooming, and bathing. Clipping and braiding are a plus.
Work skills must include: stall cleaning, bucket scrubbing, hay moving, sweeping, and packing. Truck/trailer/tractor driving is not required but a plus.
Other skills: Must work well in a group.
-5-day work week with hourly pay (overtime for anything past 40 hours/week)

-Travel to national and international shows.
Shared housing is provided. Pet friendly 3 bedroom house is located on Hermitage Farm. Furnishings are not included.
