Triple Creek Ranch is an award winning luxury guest ranch resort in western Montana. Job Description
To provide safe, scenic horseback rides for our guests while upholding the quality and standards of Triple Creek Ranch.

• Guide trail rides for Triple Creek Ranch guests.
• Tactfully provide inexperienced guests with riding instruction.
• Care for ranch livestock, including but not limited to: Feeding, watering, grooming, vetting and supplementing ranch horses.
• Cleaning and maintenance of tack, vehicles, horse trailers and the barn area.
• Maintain trails on National Forest and Triple Creek Ranch property.
• Maintain fencing and irrigation in our horse pastures.
• Catch, saddle and lead multiple horses at a time.
• Assist in the splitting, stacking and distribution of firewood.
• Assist with snow removal and road maintenance during the winter months.
• Perform other job duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation to and from work, a clean driving record, and be eligible for auto insurance coverage through our company’s insurer, in order to drive company vehicles.
• Complete required medical first aid and CPR training certification.
Job Requirements
Position Requirements:
• Possess the ability to mount and dismount a horse safely on any terrain.
• Possess the ability to help guests’ up to 250lbs mount and dismount their horse on any terrain.
• Possess the ability to drive a horse trailer carrying up to 6 horses using a bumper pull or gooseneck trailer.
• Drive and operate various Triple Creek Ranch vehicles safely, effectively and legally.
• Excellent customer service and people skills.
• Speak with poise and confidence using proper English.
• Always interact with guests in a polite, professional and competent manner.
• Lift and carry boxes, equipment, and other items weighing up to 80 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk and climb stairs for varying lengths of time.

Description of Housing Provided
TC Ranch owns several single family homes. Employees will have at least one roommate, sometimes more depending on how many bedrooms in the house. Employees will have their own bedroom and on occasion their own bathroom depending on the house. Kitchen, living and laundry areas are shared. Employees must provide their own meals. Rent is $50.00 per week which is payroll deducted and a $200 dollar refundable security deposit is required upon housing check-in. Housing is not located on property, which requires staff to have their own vehicle to get to and from work.
