About The Facility
Friesians of Majesty, a beautiful 650 acre breeding and training equestrian farm in Vermont.

Friesians of Majesty offers instruction in both breeding and training horses in dressage and driving, starting with imprinting new born foals with our special Imprinting techniques all the way to Grand Prix Dressage, as well as management, riding, driving, starting green horses and customer service. We have a certified breeding technician on site doing all aspects of breeding including ultra sounding and embryo transfers in house.
We organize 3 to 4 world class equine functions with demonstrations, hold Keurings and perform about 50 tours and shows for bus companies per year. We offer carriage and sleigh rides depending on seasons and organize womens and girls overnight camps.

We are the largest Friesian farm in North America facility and you get to be with some of the best horses and staff in the world. Our lowest scoring horse scores in the top 15% of the breed standard and we have five approved Friesian breeding stallions.
Job Description
*Sales Representative - Breeding Contracts/Horse Sales*

Premier horse breeding and training facility seeks highly organized, experienced, professional mature individual.

Responsibilities include:

* Responding to and coordinating sales of horses and associated services

* Managing leads and the sales process for owner

* Excellent people skills a must as this individual will be the first point of contact for prospects and clients. Responsible for greeting and handling their needs.

* Must be able to work independently and provide daily status reports to owner.

* Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment and remain calm.

* Must be flexible; able to multi-task. Not be upset when faced with changing priorities or tasks.

* Must be able to begin new projects & follow them through to completion; updating owners.

Also, this is a horse farm, things happen, and often our day may not follow the plan we laid out. So we will hire someone that is able to go with the flow while ensuring the priorities get handled. Efficient communication with the owners is key, to maximize the use of everyone's skill sets.

Job Requirements
Horse knowledge not required but helpful; however strong organizational and project skills a must. We will hire a good person, that is looking for a long term career. We will be looking closely at prior work experience, and although not expecting someone in the same line of work, experience and job skills that will cross over naturally.
