Seaton Hackney Stables provides award-winning Summer Camp and FlexCamp to the local communities. We are now looking for charismatic Team Leaders and Counselors to help make these the best ever.
You will be part of a dynamic Team of US and Foreign counselors sharing a passion for everything horses and helping our young campers reach their potential. You will help in the design, supervision and implementation of our Camp programs You will ensure safety, compliance and excellence, teach basic horsemanship skills and help run things smoothly and within a positive, caring atmosphere for Campers, horses and co-workers alike.
You need not be an advanced rider but a great, outgoing and positive attitude is a must. Depending upon your interests, we have various positions within our Camp staff to meet your particular needs and skill sets. Timeliness, experience with equines and other animals, outgoing personality and experience and appreciation with children, a must.
We offer hourly or weekly wages far above industry standards, ranging from $15 to $25 per contact hour.
If housing is necessary, we can offer it as well as a food stipend as part of a package. This is in a nice, large private home just 2 miles away from our Stables. Company vehicles are at the disposal of our Team members for local outings after camp hours and on weekends.
