In search of a barn manager at our Hunter / Jumper facility located in Southampton, NJ.
Responsibilities Include
• Duties include all aspects of general horse care such as feeding, watering, and turnout
• Maintenance of the Equine Center, cleaning of the barn, mucking stalls, restocking and transport of hay, grain and bedding (lifting and transport of up to 50 pounds)
• Driving farm machinery
• Pasture maintenance
• Arena maintenance
• Other duties as may be assigned by the owner
• Live in Required
• Prior related experience working with and handling horses
• Lifting and transport of up to 50 pounds
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact successfully with clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to utilize creativity and common sense
