About The Facility
Weisberg Stables is a 20-acre equestrian facility and farm with a variety of farm and exotic animals. Weisberg Stables breeds miniature horses and heritage chickens/turkeys. This private facility is open to the public on a limited basis for philanthropic programs.
Job Description
Experienced Estate/Barn Manager desired to manage day-to-day operation of 18-stall equestrian facility and farm.

Duties include:
Managing Staff, Volunteers and Interns
Open or Closing Duties of Horse Barn
Managing vet appointments
Assisting with foaling of broodmares
Receiving deliveries
Overseeing Maintenance and subcontractors
Showing horses to clients
Maintaining records
Creating Spreadsheets and adhering to budget
Assisting with event planning and event management

Ability to give English Riding Instruction, Western Riding instruction or Combined Driving Instruction to owner's family & guests a bonus and preferred but not necessary.

PATH certified riding instructor bonus but not required.
Job Requirements
Must have minimum of 10 years professional management experience for Equestrian Facility (not your own), Resort, Ranch or Farm with at least 5 employees.

Non-Smoker

Strong computer skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Quickbooks, Outlook, StableSecretary,

Organized, polished and dependable

50 hour work week/ 2 days off each week in summer and 1 day off each week September- May.

Able to drive truck and 4-6 horse gooseneck trailer

Clean criminal background and good driving record

First Aid/CPR certified
