About The Facility
Hillside Meadows Equestrian Center is a family friendly, premier training and boarding facility located on 70 acres of beautiful land in Grafton, Massachusetts. We specialize in hunter/jumpers as well as reining and horsemanship.
Our program caters to all levels, and we offer rated and schooling shows on property. We also travel to many rated
shows throughout the season, including equitation finals.

Looking ideally for one person full time for both positions but open to the idea of hiring two on more of a part time basis.

assistant trainer position:
Assist in training our show riders. Coaching at IEA and IHSA shows as well as rated competition.

Also Seeking, and could combine
Barn Staff/ Assistant manager
Seeking a staff member to assist management in the day to day care of our 65 horses. Not a mucking position, turnout, feed, blanket changes, first aid, managing some staff.
Job Requirements
*Must be over 25 and already have MA instructor's license as per IHSA rules. Seeking a highly competent instructor with some teaching experience and solid riding accolades. Ideally someone with a lot of hunt seat show miles. Duties will include teaching a few days a week, assisting head trainer with coaching IEA, IHSA and rated horse shows. Assisting our home show management, riding/training our show horses, coordinating vendor appointments, some office work. This is a great opportunity to grow for the right candidate. Must have excellent people skills, be confident with younger/greener horses, and be competent to teach and ride up to 3'3".
