2 indoor arenas 120x 200 and 80x150 The 80x150 has specials sand brought in for reining or cutting horses. piped turnout paddocks 100x350 long, 12x12, 15x15 stalls available, 3000 sf air conditioned and heated bunkhouse complete with showers to do overnight training clinics
wanting a trainer who has an established clientele and is looking to expand and grow in the industry but needing a training facility in which to expand
